I am interested in the development of point-of-care test for disease diagnosis, environmental monitoring and food safety inspection, which depends on aptamer, antibody, nanomaterials and new technology, including lateral flow immunoassay, microfluidic chip, surface-enhanced raman spectroscopy, electrochemical biosensors and fluorescence resonance energy transfer and etc.
